RETURN POLICY 

All sales are final.  We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.
 
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at [email protected] to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item. Buyer will cover the return shipping cost.

PRIVACY POLICY 

Our site is secured and every transaction is encrypted during transmission. Your off-line information is also protected and accessible only to authorized personnel. We respect your privacy and will not share or sell any customer information for any reason. 

PAYMENT

We accept the following forms of payment; Paypal.com, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

SHIPPING 

Domestic Shipping (USA): All purchases will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated such as custom Tiny and Wild doll order. All orders are shipped via USPS. Customers will be sent a tracking number. Please allow 3-5 days from ship date for delivery. 

SALES TAX

US shipments sent outside the state of California pay no sales tax. California shipments pay 8.75% sales tax at time of checkout. Customers are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes on merchandise shipped to other states. 

BACKORDERES

Because we are a growing company, occasionally items will be out of stock. We will make every effort possible to replenish stock quickly and will notify you when we expect the item to be back in stock.
